 +Since Microsoft changed the name of the program from "Imagine Premium" to "Azure Dev Tools for Teaching", they changed the requirements for registration to the program portal, too. As for now, an institute email address is required for registration. As newer students are not longer provided with one of these, only older students with an old address are able to register. Microsoft is working on a solution to this problem, but as for now, there is no workaround. So we cannot provide you with access to the program at the time-being.

 +====== 2019-06-24: Loss of central Storage at B-IT ======

 +Last Friday around noon we experienced a total loss of several central components of our userstorage for UNIX (NFS) and Windows (SMB). Sadly we had to realize that we lost a rather important large storage component completely, so we had to recover the affected storage areas from our backup to alternative server systems. Because of that, a certain loss of data in the confines of the regular backup schedule (usually daily in the night) has to be expected.

 +Until the replacement of the eduroam-cs certificate within IT, the certificate specified [[en:eduroam|here]] must still be used when connecting to eduroam-cs! We will have completed the conversion to the new CA within the next few days, so you can also use the new certificate within eduroam-cs, as stated in the HRZ newsletter. We will announce this accordingly here.
