Recommended working practice guidelines
A responsible arrangement for education and research work includes compliance with the appropriate work and environmental regulations. Within the confines of his work, the students and scientists are liable for the consequences resulting from their work, including civil and criminal liabilities. Federal and other regulations will have to be adequately interpreted and applied to each case. As part of his responsibilities, the chancellor of the University Bonn offers these information via the Department for Safety and Environmental Protection (German only) to use. It remains the responsibility of the proper officers to take these information and apply them to their area of responsibility.
